Admission to Grad Alley is by wristband. Each candidate for graduation will be able to request up to three (3) wristbands total - one (1) for themselves and two (2) guest wristbands.

Wristbands must be picked up in person. Distribution will take place at the Kimmel Center during academic attire distribution. Wristbands can also be picked up during Grad Alley at the Info Tents.

EVENT TICKETS

NYU Meyers Graduation

Each candidate will receive guest tickets and a candidate ticket. Graduates and candidates may opt into an extra ticket lottery during the Graduation Giveaway event (see schedule below).

Graduation Giveaway Event

At this event, baccalaureate candidates for graduation, currently in their 4th sequence classes, will pick up various graduation-related items. Giveaway items include: NYU Meyers pennant keychains, informational fliers, and a limited number of FIGS scrubs! Candidates will also fill out phonetic cards, which will be used to pronounce names at the Graduation Ceremony on May 19th.

All-NYU Commencement

Candidate and guest tickets for commencement can be ordered beginning in mid-March until April 23, 2025 at 11:59 PM. If you have any questions about the All-NYU Commencement ticket ordering process, please review the Ticket Guide or contact Commencement@Nyu.Edu.

An email invitation to Commencement will be sent to all eligible candidates and graduates, and ticketing will launch at that time.

ACADEMIC ATTIRE

Ordering Academic Attire

In order to attend either Commencement or Graduation, academic attire is required. Keepsake academic attire specifically for NYU can be purchased online beginning on March 10th. View prices and shipping details.

All orders must be placed by Friday, April 4, 2025 at 11:59 PM.

On-Campus Distribution Schedule

For those who do not select home shipping, academic attire distribution will be in the Eisner and Lubin Auditorium at the Kimmel Center. The first two days of distribution, May 7th and May 8th, will be reserved for picking up advance orders (those placed before April 4th).
