COMMENCEMENT & GRADUATION

191st All-University Commencement Exercises

This will be a spectacular event at Yankee Stadium on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Doors open at 9:00 AM. Dean Angela Amar will confer the degrees of each academic program in the Rory Meyers College of Nursing. 

NYU Rory Meyers College of Nursing Graduation Ceremony

This will be held on Monday, May 20, 2024, at the New York City Center from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. At this ceremony, NYU Meyers graduation candidates will ascend the stage at the New York City Center to be celebrated.

 

ACADEMIC ATTIRE 

In order to attend either ceremony, you must obtain academic attire.

Please note: You will be contacted by the Office of University Events with an invitation to the 191st University Commencement if you are full-time faculty, with information on ordering your academic attire. NYU Rory Meyers College of Nursing does not place orders for academic attire.

 

TICKET DISTRIBUTION

Tickets to NYU Meyers Graduation Ceremony for full-time faculty will be placed in your office mailbox (Room 619) by 5:00 PM on Friday, April 26, 2024. Please make sure to pick up your ticket!

Academic Attire

In order to attend either All-NYU Commencement or the Meyers Graduation Ceremony, you must obtain academic attire.

If you are full-time faculty, you will be contacted by the Office of University Events with an invitation to the 191st NYU Commencement, as well as information on ordering academic attire.

Music, Food and Entertainment - for all 2024 Graduates and Guests!

Tuesday, May 14, 2024, 5:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M.
Washington Square Campus (West 4th Street)

Admission to Grad Alley is by wristband. Each candidate for graduation will be able to request up to three (3) wristbands total - one (1) for themselves and two (2) guest wristbands.

Wristbands must be picked up in person. Distribution will take place at the Kimmel Center during academic attire distribution. Wristbands can also be picked up during Grad Alley at the Info Tents.
